ePub Production links May 26

Mike Cane suggested that "someone" keep track of the enormous amount of ePub Production links and information that is flowing around the web. I'm going to give it a shot.

These will be in order as I see them, and I'll try to publish daily, if not more frequently.

  1. How about logging them to pinboard.in/del.icio.us with an appropriate tag and then they are recorded, easily tagged and further linked and also it'll be easy to add a small explanatory text to the link.

Its a richer metadata than just inserting them in the blog, as they are better searchable for classification.

  2. Not suggesting this as permanent, but this is the type of thing I was alluding to … my pinboard.in stream tagged as sourced from here …

  3. Thanks, Liz. My list of resources is here, they may be useful: http://electricbookworks.com/kbase/creating-epub-from-indesign/general-tips-and-resources And hopefully the EBW Knowledge Base pages in which that list appears is useful too.

  4. I came across your blog as we are ebook publishers and designers. I felt that it was really useful so I have put a link to it in our blog section on e-mediastudios.com

I look forwarded to being able to pass these tips onto our customers.

    Keep up the great work.
